I am not sure if this is onyx or black faceted glass stones, they are very pretty however. This was an estate find, I don't know the history and there seems to be no makers mark or stamp, it looks like it's for sure gold plated. The stones are wire wrapped and then melted in the back see the second photo you can see the back of one stone. This is very 80's They have a chunky gold chain and the bracelet is a toggle, the necklace is a clasp but they added a toggle piece to match the bracelet which is a nice touch. VERY VERY minimal fading of the gold if any. I would need a jewelry loupe to really tell. The bracelet chain looks a little lighter than the necklace, maybe they wore the bracelet more? Both are still very nice and in excellent vintage condition.
